Terms of Service

1. Who we are

McCown Consulting LLC is a software company based in Florida. We sell the products listed on our products page: URA Systems memberships and URA event tickets, the Ship It course, and custom software and AI consulting. You can reach us at support@mccown.consulting.

2. Other terms that apply

Using the URA Systems app is also covered by URA's Terms of Service at urasystems.org/terms. Consulting work is covered by the written proposal or agreement you sign with us, and if that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. URA Systems memberships are only for the Amway Independent Business Owners described in URA's terms, and each new member is approved by a sponsor.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout.

5. URA Systems memberships

Memberships renew automatically every month on the day you joined, and your card is charged each month until you cancel. Members in their first Amway contract year are not charged.

You can cancel at any time in the app or by emailing support@mccown.consulting. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access to the end of the month you already paid for.

If we change a membership price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

6. Event tickets

Tickets to URA events are sold in the URA Systems app, and each event shows its price before you pay. A ticket admits the member who bought it. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

7. Ship It

Buying Ship It gives you personal access to every level of the course, including future updates for as long as we offer it. Please don't share your access links or republish the course content.

8. Using this website

Don't try to get into parts of the site you aren't allowed into, interfere with how it works, or copy it in bulk. The site, the course, and their content belong to McCown Consulting LLC or its licensors.

9. No guaranteed results

Our products and services are provided as they are and as available. We work hard to make them useful, but we do not promise any particular business, income, or career result from using them.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for an active membership, we will email you about it before it applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Pasco County, Florida.
