The Challenge

A service business that books people into time slots hits the same wall every time it grows: the owner becomes the routing layer. Every booking, every applicant, and every schedule change goes through one inbox. Growth stops being a good thing, because each new customer costs the owner more of the only resource that does not scale.

Our Approach

We built the platform around removing the owner from the default path. Families book themselves, applicants move through onboarding on their own, and assignment happens automatically with escalation only when something actually needs a human. The owner stays in control of exceptions instead of processing the routine.
